i found the staff attentive. the pool bar team were really good. i especially liked the decorated cocktails and the overall vibe they created. the lady who welcomed me to breakfast remembered my room number after the first day that is excellent.
the gym could benefit from a wider selection of equipment.

I REALLY enjoyed the breakfast selection. It had so many options! The staff was attentive and ensured I had everything I needed (especially during breakfast). The room was large and stylish. Baggage service to the room was a VERY welcome gesture.
The layout to get to the room WAS a bit confusing at first.

The ocean views were top tier , especially from my Grand Ocean Room! I really enjoyed the rooftop pool . It was beautiful. The hotel provided a convenient shuttle service to the city center , which was very useful.
